Elite Physical Therapy and Fitness Inc. was started in 2014 by Dr. Caleb Fontes PT, DPT. Dr. Fontes, a Turlock native graduated from Turlock High School, CSU Stanislaus with his Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 2004, and from University of the Pacific with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. He currently lives in Turlock with his wife and two children.
